The community is fully built out. The Blackbird Knolls Homeowner Association property is located between 14th Street SW / 18th Street SW and Persian Ave / Katie Dr in South West Loveland, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2021 Assessments are $125 per calendar quarter. This increase is per the 2021 Budget, ratified by the homeowners at the annual meeting in November 2020. Assessments statements are mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association. Regular Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of odd numbered months at 5:30pm. The Annual Homeowners Meeting typically takes place in November, details to the member meetings are mailed to Owners in advance. Board Meetings are being held remotely. Contact your manager for the Agenda and login information should you wish to attend.
The meetings are held at the Calvary United Reformed Church located at 3901 14th St. SW. If you wish to speak to the Board during the Open Forum, please contact your association manager to confirm the Agenda.
