Welcome to Blackbird Knolls Homeowner Association, Inc.  The entire association is comprised of 244 Homes that were originally developed by Centex Homes between 2001 and 2006.  The community is fully built out.  The Blackbird Knolls Homeowner Association property is located between 14th Street SW / 18th Street SW and Persian Ave / Katie Dr in South West Loveland, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2020 Assessments are $110 per calendar quarter.  Assessments statements are mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment.  Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month.  Any account with a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.  Need to know how to pay your HOA Assessments??… review this link WAYS TO PAY your for Blackbird Knolls HOA!


Regular Board Meetings are held on the 2nd Thursday of odd numbered months at 5:30pm.  The Annual Homeowners Meeting typically takes place in November, details to the member meetings are mailed to Owners in advance. Board Meetings are being held remotely.  Contact your manager for the Agenda and login information should you wish to attend.

The ANNUAL Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for November 12th at 6pm.  This meeting will be held remotely, owners will need to call in or register for login access via a computer/tablet/smart phone. Information has been mailed to ALL owners via USPS – for a copy of the NEWSLETTER, select the link.

The meetings are held at the Calvary United Reformed Church located at 3901 14th St. SW.  If you wish to speak to the Board during the Open Forum, please contact your association manager to confirm the Agenda.
