Welcome to Blackbird Knolls Homeowner Association, Inc. The entire association is comprised of 244 Homes that were originally developed by Centex Homes between 2001 and 2006. The community is fully built out. The Blackbird Knolls Homeowner Association property is located between 14th Street SW / 19th Street SW and Persian Ave / Katie Dr in South West Loveland, CO.

BILLINGS: The 2014 Assessments will be $92 per calendar quarter. Assessments statements will be mailed approximately 15 days prior to the due date of the assessment. Assessments are due the 1st of the month each calendar quarter, and are considered late if not received by the 10th of the month. Any account with a balance due as of the 10th of the month will be assessed late fees in accordance with the collection policy of the Association.

Regular Board Meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday of the month in 2014 at 5:30pm. All homeowners and residents of the community are welcome to attend, but please contact the management company to ensure there is adequate seating available.
The ANNUAL MEETING OF HOMEOWNERS will be held Thursday November 13, 2014 at 6:30pm. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Walt Clark Middle School – 2605 Carlisle Dr. ALL HOMEOWNERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THIS MEETING. If you are unable to attend, please submit your PROXY, so that a valid meeting can be held.
